USA Golf Magazine

Advertising & Affiliate Disclosure

Last updated: August 19, 2026

USAGOLFMAGAZINE LLC may receive revenue from advertising, affiliate links, sponsorships, or other commercial arrangements. This disclosure explains how those relationships should be labeled and separated from editorial conclusions.

Advertising

Display advertising is currently disabled while USA Golf Magazine prepares for advertising review. If enabled later, advertisements may be supplied directly or through third-party advertising services such as Google AdSense. An advertisement is paid placement. Its presence does not mean USA Golf Magazine tested, recommends, or endorses the advertised product or service.

Advertisers do not receive a guaranteed editorial score, rank, inclusion, conclusion, or correction outcome. Advertising placement is not an evidence source for a review.

Affiliate Links

Some links may be affiliate links. If a reader follows an affiliate link and completes a qualifying purchase or other action, USAGOLFMAGAZINE LLC may receive compensation from the retailer or network. The retailer sets the price, availability, return terms, and transaction details.

Not every retailer or product link is an affiliate link. When an article contains affiliate links, the material relationship should be disclosed clearly near the relevant recommendation or before the first commercial link. A link is not evidence that a product is suitable for every golfer.

Sponsored and Paid Content

Content created as part of a paid arrangement should be labeled clearly as Sponsored, Paid Content, or with similarly direct language that a reader can understand before relying on it. Sponsored content is not presented as an independent hands-on review or assigned an undisclosed independent review score.

A sponsor may provide factual information, access, or a stated point of view. Material claims still require appropriate attribution, and the commercial relationship must be visible.

Products, Travel, Events, and Other Access

If a manufacturer, retailer, course, resort, event, or other organization provides a free or discounted product, loaner, fitting, travel, lodging, admission, meal, or other material benefit connected to coverage, that relationship should be disclosed in the relevant article. The disclosure should identify what was provided and whether a product was returned, retained, or still on loan when that fact could affect a reader’s judgment.

Receiving access does not by itself establish product performance, durability, value, or a universal recommendation. A hands-on claim still requires the documentation described in our review methodology.

Scores, Rankings, and Product Selection

Under our equipment review methodology, commercial compensation is not a scoring component. A partner cannot purchase a Meta Review score, evidence-confidence grade, winner label, or independent ranking position. Products may be selected for coverage because readers are interested in them, but that interest is not proof of performance.

Why Article-Level Disclosure Matters

This page provides the general standard, but a footer link does not replace a clear disclosure where a material relationship affects a specific article or recommendation. The U.S. Federal Trade Commission’s endorsement guidance explains that context and placement matter when disclosing material connections.

Questions About a Relationship
